Even if your venue restricts hard liquor, our refreshing champagne, beer and wine cocktails are a unique alternative that will leave a lasting impression.

The Classic Penny Whip Service

4 hours | Host provides alcohol

Each event is unique, please know that pricing will vary depending on type of service & the number of guests!

  • The Trailer is totally self-contained and needs no power or water hook ups! If you prefer draft we have a 4 tap jockey Box for no additional charge.

  • Set-up - 1-2 Hours

    Take-down - 1 Hour

  • 2 Hours serving drinks included in every package

  • We always provide OLCC certified bartenders!

  • Item description

  • Don't worry about buying the gas station out of all their ice. We bring everything needed for service with us!

  • The water is on us! We will provide 2 glass dispensers and enough water for your guest count for the entire length of service.

    Includes 1 plain water dispenser and your choice of 1 "Infused water"

    • Lemon + Lime

    • Orange + Basil

    • Lemon + Mint

    • Cucumber

  • 12oz for Beer/Cider

    10oz for Wine

    Classic White Cocktail Napkins

  • A $3/per mile fee will be added after 40 miles.

  • We are insured and ready to serve your guests safely.

    • Beer: A choice of domestic and craft beers (typically 2-3 types based on preferences).

    • Wine: A selection of red and white wines (typically 2-3 varieties).

    • Signature Drink: One custom cocktail designed specifically for your event. We work with you to create a unique drink that reflects your theme

  • We can help you determine the amount of alcohol to purchase. We do offer Cash bar, and full service.

  • We will provide you a complete alcohol/beverage shopping list tailored to your event size and preferences, including recommended quantities of spirits, wine, beer, and mixers. This list ensures you're fully stocked based on your guest count, drink choices, and the flow of your even

  • Bar service takes a lot of equipment. Don't worry, we have it all! Coolers, ice scoops, bar mats, bar towels, jockey Box draft system, bottle/wine openers etc.

  • All bookings include our standard decor and lounge area in front of the trailer, perfect for photos!

  • Add a little flair to your Non-Alcoholic Self-serve station with some Cold Brew!

    • Up to 4 gallons of Cold Brew Coffee (60 servings)

    • Milk Carafes

    • 2 Milk Choices (Oat, Whole, Half & Half, Almond etc.)

  • Create a beautiful, themed drink menu board with your custom cocktail options and personalized names for each drink.

  • If you prefer a tip jar to not be present during service, but you also don't want to worry about tipping at the end of the service, you can add a 15% auto gratuity to the total cost.
