What We do.
The Penny Whip is a 1970s horse trailer turned mobile bar. It is equipped with everything needed for our bartenders to serve beer, wine and signature cocktails in style. Our services are totally customizable to make your event unforgettable! The Whip has a 4-tap jockey box draft system, a sink, interior and exterior lights and is powered entirely by battery, so The Whip can go (almost) anywhere!
How does it work?

ONE
Check out our services page to see what we offer, then fill out our contact form to get a quote started. We will work with you to make sure your beverage service is as stress-free as possible! Once your services are finalized you can sign the contract and pay the deposit and your date is set!

TWO
Sit tight about 60-90 days before your event and we will send out a questionnaire to gather all the little details about your event so we can make it perfect. This gives you enough time to get a better idea of your guest count, desired menu etc. At 30 days out we finalize any loose ends with a phone call. We of course are available during the entire planning process!
For last-minute bookings, we’ve got you covered! Even if your event is just a week or two away, we’ll jump right in. After confirming your date, we’ll send out a quick questionnaire right away to gather key details. We’ll work closely with you to lock down everything, including guest count and menu preferences, within a few days!

We show up at your event with The Penny Whip Mobile Bar in tow, serve drinks to your guests, and make sure all of your bar service needs are taken care of, so you can party!
